WELCOME TO CAMPING Le MOULIN
Come and enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings of Camping Le Moulin, located in rural France beside the river and town of Chef Boutonne. A place to spend your camping holidays with your hosts; Stuart & Sara.
We run a family site, with separate areas for mobile homes and caravans/tents, located on opposite sides of the beautiful former water mill. The Mill House contains the popular on-site Restaurant de Canards.

Around the building are play area’s for children and adults alike, including a swimming pool and adult and children's activities including a ping pong table and more. Chef Boutonne is a small town with the beautiful Chateau de Javarzay and fishing lake. In the town there are small shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tennis courts and a sports stadium.
The town centre is located less than 2 Kilometers from the campsite. Situated on the northern peak of South West France only 1 hour from Fouras on the coast and 1 hour 15 mins driving distance from La Rochelle. We are triangulated by 3 airports; La Rochelle on the coast and Poitiers and Limoges airports to the North and South. We are also an ideally suited winter stop-over site on route south towards Spain & Portugal, with the main driving routes A10 and N10 within easy reach and only a short distance from Camping le Moulin.
